睡眠と食事と運動のために必要なことは、容赦なく金で解決すること。たぶん、食事を適切なタイミングで適切な量、適切な栄養価でとるために は、人間関係を調整したりスケジュールを調整したり、といった一般的な資源を消費する。睡眠を確保するためにもそうだ。明日の朝までの納期とか明後日まで の納期とか。あるいはタクシーで帰れば寝れるけど会社からは金でないケースだから電車でもったいないから帰ろうとかいうのちょっとまった。睡眠と家かえっ てまともなめしくうためなら３０００円はここでつかっといていい、とか。小さな具体例がいくらでもかける。一般的に話しをするならば、要するにそのくらい のことすべて金で解決してもいいから、食事と睡眠と運動を維持してみると、これで全てがうまくいく。まあ、いや、本当に人間関係壊すとかいうのはだめです よもちろん。人と会う移動時間のために飯食えない、とかなら、絶対タクシーのってでも飯を食う。
